I've tried a lot of serums - a lot - and this one has become non-negotiable for me. I genuinely never want to live without it. I originally bought it at Olive Young in South Korea and fell in love with it. The pantothenic acid is incredibly soothing without being heavy. My skin just drinks it up and calms down immediately. I use it when my skin is irritated, when it's not, when I'm trying a new product - basically all the time. I even use it with my red light therapy devise as it's water-based. It layers beautifully with everything else in my routine and never causes issues. No breakouts, no irritation, just smooth, happy skin. The texture is perfect - not too thick, not too watery.

Ordered it during Xmas time. Carrier (DHL) couldn’t find the delivery address, it was returned to sender. I contacted the customer service, they said I have to contact the carrier. I contacted the carrier DHL, they said the package is with USPS, the shipper will have to contact them directly. I addressed the issue to the company, they said the package has been delivered (but it was not to me, their 3rd shipping company). Now it’s my problem, not them.
This is product related because I’ve not gotten a chance to use it. But with this horrible experience after spending $90+ and got zero support. I’m very disappointed and upset. At minimum, refund me the money if I’ve not trying to re ship the products or help.
