Shipping

Where do you currently ship? Do you offer international shipping?

As of now, we only ship within the contiguous U.S. We can’t wait to reach numbuzin lovers around the world someday — and we’ll be sure to share the news right here when we do!

What are the shipping costs within the US?

Standard shipping within the contiguous US is free on orders $60 and over (excluding tax and after discounts are applied). For orders less than $60, standard shipping cost of $7.95 will be charged at checkout.

Can I change my shipping address?

If your order is already paid and you wish to change your shipping address, please contact us at cs_numbuzinus@benow.co.kr immediately with your order number. We cannot edit your address or modify your order once it has been processed by our warehouse.

Am I liable for delivery issues due to incorrect shipping information?

We are not liable for any failed delivery due to incorrect delivery information provided by the customer during checkout. Please ensure that you provide the correct shipping information.

What should I do if there are issues with tracking or delivery after my order has shipped?

Once your order leaves our warehouse, it is under the custody of the shipping carrier. Please contact the projected carrier for any issues with tracking, delivery, or delays.

What is the ETA for my order?

Once your order is ready to ship, you will receive a confirmation email. Most orders are shipped within 2-6 business days after the order has been placed excluding holidays and weekends.
Delivery times may take a longer time to arrive depending on your location.

My package status is "DELIVERED" but I have not received it. What should I do?

Packages are scanned for delivery before your local mail carrier physically drops them at your home. You may receive your package within 24 hours after the tracking status is updated to "DELIVERED." If it has been longer than 24 hours, please contact your local mail carrier.

For hygienic reasons, we are unable to accept returns due to change of mind, even if the item is unopened and unused. We appreciate your understanding.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If your product arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact customer service immediately for assistance. A replacement or refund is applicable within 30 days of purchase. Kindly email cs_numbuzinus@benow.co.kr, and we will assist you accordingly.

To ensure a prompt response, kindly include your order number in the subject line. Please provide the product name(s) you wish to be refunded, a detailed reason for the refund, and photos of the product(s) (including the Lot ID, usually found on the bottom or side of the product).

Refund processing may take up to 2 weeks, and your financial institution may take additional time to process the refund.
