1. Promotion Period

This offer is valid from October 17, 2025 (PDT) to October 23, 2025 (PDT), while supplies last.
Orders placed after this period will not qualify for promotional discounts or gifts.

2. Discount Code Eligibility

The 20% Welcome Code is exclusively available to newsletter subscribers and can only be used once per customer email account.
The 20% Welcome Code applies to orders over $15.
The 5% extra offer for No.9 Sets are automatically applied on cart.

3. Gift Availability

Free gifts will be applied automatically on cart depending on your cart condition.
Free gifts are available while supplies last without prior notice.
Free gifts are distributed on a per-order basis.

4. Returns & Exchanges

Only unused, unopened products in their original packaging are eligible for return.
If your order included a free gift, the gift must also be returned in its original condition to receive a full refund.
Returns without the promotional gift will result in the gift’s retail value being deducted from the refund amount.
Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery to cs_numbuzinus@benow.co.kr.

5. General Terms
