Return Terms
- Try the mini size first and decide whether to return the full-size product.
The full-sized product must be unused, unopened, and in its original condition to be eligible to return. - A return request must be submitted via email to cs_numbuzinus@benow.co.kr within 14 days of delivery.
- The request must be approved prior to sending the product back.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Returns may be denied if...
- Items are returned without prior confirmation or approval.
- Items are shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address.
- Items do not meet the return conditions listed above.
- Items have been opened or show signs of use.
