I have oily skin, and this cream works really well for me 🌿 It gives a nice cooling feeling, hydrates instantly, and helps balance my skin. It also helps calm breakouts. I’ve already gone through three jars — it’s a staple in my routine, especially in warmer weather.

Nice ingredients, but the packaging is a hassle

I’ve been using the new Numbuzin Panthenol Number 1 cream for a few weeks now. I do appreciate that it contains niacinamide, and the ingredient list overall is solid. However, I personally don’t find it as soothing or calming as the original Number 1 (the purple complex version), which I used to love.One thing I really struggle with is the packaging. This version comes in a jar, and while it includes a small spatula, it’s honestly a bit of a hassle. The spatula is easy to misplace, and awkward for me to use, especially since I have larger hands. After applying toner, I often find myself fumbling with the lid, the spatula, then having to clean it after every use. If the spatula goes missing, I wouldn’t want to dip my fingers into the jar obviously, it isn’t hygienic.I really wish they had kept the tube format like the previous version. It was so much more convenient, travel-friendly, and didn’t require the extra steps or tools. That older version also felt more soothing on my skin, which is something I miss.Overall, this isn’t a bad product, it just doesn’t live up to its predecessor for me, both in formulation and user experience. Hoping they bring back the original, or at least reconsider the packaging!
