Shipping
We currently only ships within the contiguous United States. We are working hard to expand our reach and hope to offer international shipping in the near future. Please stay tuned for updates!

Standard shipping within the US is FREE on all orders of $60 and more, excluding tax, and after discounts are applied.
Standard shipping is a flat rate of $7.95 for all orders under $60. Standard shipping fees will be displayed at checkout.
To ensure reliable and efficient delivery, we use DHL eCommerce for all our domestic shipments within the contiguous United States.
Please note that for many residential addresses, DHL eCommerce may coordinate with the USPS for the final delivery to your doorstep.
You can track your order through the shipping confirmation email sent to the email address you provided during checkout.
By entering this number on the DHL eCommerce website, you can access real-time updates on your delivery status. We recommend checking the link provided in our email for the most direct and up-to-date information regarding your shipment.
U.S. domestic orders are mostly shipped within 2-6 business days after the order has been placed excluding holidays and weekends. Delivery times may take a longer time to arrive depending on your location.
Once your order is on its way, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link and detailed delivery information.
Yes, the total at checkout is all you will pay. Since we ship domestically within the contiguous United States, there are no international customs duties or surprise fees upon delivery.
Any applicable sales tax is calculated and included in your final checkout total, so you can be assured that no additional charges will occur after your purchase is completed.
It typically takes 1–2 business days for the carrier to register and update your shipment status in their system. We recommend allowing up to 48 hours for the tracking details to appear after you receive your shipping confirmation.
If your tracking number still isn’t updating or appears to be inactive after 48 hours, please reach out to us at cs_numbuzinus@benow.co.kr. We’re always here to help ensure your order reaches you safely!
If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us at cs_numbuzinus@benow.co.kr immediately with your order number. We will do our best to update it for you.
However, please note that once your order has been processed by our warehouse, we cannot modify the shipping address. Since we ship domestically from our U.S. fulfillment center to ensure fast delivery, the processing window is often very short.
Please ensure that all shipping information is accurate during checkout. numbuzin is not liable for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer. Once the package leaves our warehouse, it is under the responsibility of the carrier, and any address-related issues should be coordinated directly with them.
If a package is returned to our warehouse because it was undeliverable or the address was incorrect, we will issue a refund for the products after inspection; however, the original shipping cost will be deducted from your total refund amount.
numbuzin is not responsible for packages marked as "Delivered" but not received. If your tracking status shows "Delivered" but the package is not in your hands, please wait at least 24 hours, as carriers sometimes update the status prematurely.
If you still cannot locate it after 24 hours, please contact your local USPS office directly. In many instances, the carrier may be holding the package at their facility for pickup, or they may have more precise information on the exact location where the item was left.
Because the final delivery is managed entirely by the carrier, we are unable to offer refunds or replacements once delivery is confirmed. Reaching out to your local post office is the fastest and most effective way to recover your package or receive detailed information about its delivery.
Orders
Please email us at cs_numbuzinus@benow.co.kr as soon as possible if you would like to make changes to your order. Our fulfillment center processes orders quickly, but we’ll do our best to help you with your request.
However, please note that once your order has been processed by our warehouse, we cannot modify the order details.
You can view the order status on your My Account page, which will be updated after your order is placed and again once your order ships.
You can also track your status through the shipping confirmation email sent to the email address you provided during checkout.

To apply a discount code, simply enter it into the Discount Code field at checkout. If the code isn't working, please double-check if it has expired or was already used. Please note that some items may be excluded from promotions—you can easily check if a product is eligible by looking at the "Notice" section on its specific product page.

Unfortunately, our policy does not allow for the manual application of discount codes after an order is placed. All transaction totals are final once confirmed at checkout.
You can use only one discount code per order, but can still receive free shipping when using a promo code if your order qualifies!
When your order meets the specific promotion criteria (such as a minimum spend or purchasing a specific item), the free gift will be automatically added to your shopping cart. You can see the GWP item listed in your cart before you proceed to checkout.
If you believe your order is eligible but do not see the gift in your cart, please refresh your cart page or contact us at cs_numbuzinus@benow.co.kr before completing your purchase.

Once your cancellation is processed by our customer service team, you will receive a confirmation email notifying you that the order has been successfully canceled.
Regarding your refund, please note that while we process cancellations immediately on our end, it typically takes 5 to 10 business days for the funds to appear back in your original payment method. This timeframe depends entirely on your bank or card issuer's internal procedures. If you do not see the credit reflected after 10 business days, we recommend reaching out to your financial institution for further assistance.
To ensure a secure shopping environment and protect our customers from unauthorized transactions, our system performs a security scan on every order. Your order may have been automatically cancelled if it was flagged as potentially fraudulent or if the payment information could not be verified.
Common reasons for an automatic cancellation include:
- Billing Address Discrepancy: The billing address entered does not match the information registered with your credit card.
- High-Risk Connection: The use of a high-risk IP address or a VPN during checkout.
- Inconsistent Information: Discrepancies found during the payment authorization process.

When it comes to the order of application, we generally recommend starting with lighter-textured products and gradually layering products in the order of increasing richness or concentration. Depending on your skin’s needs and how the products interact, you may find the ideal order through some adjustment as you refine your routine.
Recommended Application Order:
- Cleanser: Start with a clean base.
- Toner / Toner Pads: Refine skin texture and provide initial hydration.
- Ampoule or Essence: Apply concentrated treatments for specific skin concerns.
- Cream / Moisturizer: Seal in moisture and active ingredients.

Regarding the specific amount of certain ingredients, please understand that this information is part of our manufacturer’s proprietary formula and is held confidentially. Please be aware that if you purchase from an unauthorized seller, we cannot verify the product's origin, storage conditions, or quality. As such, numbuzin is unable to provide guarantees or support for items purchased outside of our authorized retail network. To ensure you are receiving genuine numbuzin products, we always recommend shopping through our official channels.

This e-gift card expires in 1 year, is only redeemable at our US official website, and cannot be used with other promo codes.
Refund for e-gift card balance are only available for entirely unused cards within their validity period.
Billing
We accept PayPal, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and Diners Club credit cards or debit cards.
To redeem your gift card, simply enter your unique code into the "Discount code" field at checkout. Your unique code can be found in the gift card email you received.
Payment & Balance: If the gift card amount is less than your order total, you will need to add an additional payment method to cover the remaining balance. If there is a remaining balance after your purchase, you can use it for your next order, so be sure to save your unique code for future use!
Discount Code Limitation: Gift cards are entered in the same field as discount codes. Please note that you cannot use a gift card and a separate discount/promo code at the same time for a single order.
Expiration: Gift cards are valid for 1 year from the date of issuance.
Return & Refund
We want you to have the best experience with our products, so please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.
If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 30 days of purchase. Please add detailed pictures of the damaged or incorrect product. We will evaluate the issue and assist you.
To ensure the highest level of accuracy and quality control, every order is video-recorded during the fulfillment and packing process at our warehouse. Upon receiving your claim, our team will review these records to verify the picking and packing of your items.
Please understand that if our records confirm that the order was accurately fulfilled with the correct items and quantities as per your original order, we may be unable to provide a refund or replacement. To ensure that every customer receives only the highest quality, untouched skincare products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind. This policy applies even if the items are unopened and unused, as we cannot verify their storage conditions once they have left our warehouse.

Unused Gift Cards: A full refund is only available for gift cards that have not been used at all and are requested within the 1-year validity period.
Used Gift Cards: Once a gift card has been partially used, the remaining balance is non-refundable.

If you return an item that was purchased using a gift card, the refund will be processed back to the original gift card used for the transaction. Please be advised that when a refund is credited back to a Gift Card, the original expiration date remains the same.

Due to technical limitations in processing split-payment refunds via PayPal, orders paid with a combination of a Gift Card and PayPal will be issued a new Gift Card for the total refund amount.
Orders placed with Gift Card + Other Payment Methods (Credit Card, etc.):
For both full and partial refunds, the amount will be credited back to your Gift Card and your additional payment method according to the original payment ratio used at checkout.
