First of all, i love K beauty. I've been using so many toners from Amazon and Yesstyle, and this No9 toner really captured my eyes last week! Thought it would be fun to try this mermaid-like toner, and it didn't disappoint me at ALL. I love there are plumping effect ingredients such as PDRN and NAD. I feel much more moisturized after applying this. Great work numbuzin!
So for me lots of people said it came leaking but for me it didn’t so that’s a good thing. The formula is very hydrating and light, and jsut a little reminder that it’s serum you use after toner and before moisturizer. I personally use it with cotton pads as a face mask and it worked well, it definitely flattens out my acne
I cant pinpoint what it does but it serves as a good treatment that "fills in the blank" in my skin routine. I can say that skin feels like its reached a elevated base line between treatment. I use this every few days in the morning and will be a staple in my rotation between the No. 5 vitamin C
Really enjoying using this. My eyes appear more hydrated and wrinkles are smooth. Not sure if it really is the product but my drooping eyelids have smoothed and appear less hooded.
