I've tried a lot of serums - a lot - and this one has become non-negotiable for me. I genuinely never want to live without it. I originally bought it at Olive Young in South Korea and fell in love with it. The pantothenic acid is incredibly soothing without being heavy. My skin just drinks it up and calms down immediately. I use it when my skin is irritated, when it's not, when I'm trying a new product - basically all the time. I even use it with my red light therapy devise as it's water-based. It layers beautifully with everything else in my routine and never causes issues. No breakouts, no irritation, just smooth, happy skin. The texture is perfect - not too thick, not too watery.

Ordered it during Xmas time. Carrier (DHL) couldnโt find the delivery address, it was returned to sender. I contacted the customer service, they said I have to contact the carrier. I contacted the carrier DHL, they said the package is with USPS, the shipper will have to contact them directly. I addressed the issue to the company, they said the package has been delivered (but it was not to me, their 3rd shipping company). Now itโs my problem, not them.
This is product related because Iโve not gotten a chance to use it. But with this horrible experience after spending $90+ and got zero support. Iโm very disappointed and upset. At minimum, refund me the money if Iโve not trying to re ship the products or help.

Personally, this serum is my holy grail skincare product for sensitive, acne-prone skin. I have dry skin with hormonal cystic acne around my jawline, cheeks, and neck, and always broke out with other popular products (SKIN1004 Centella, Beauty of Joseon Glow Serum, COSRX Snail Mucin, Mixoon Bean Serum, etc.). However, after trying this serum, my skin went from flaky and irritated to hydrated and soft! I used 2 pumps morning and night for 3 months, and my acne flareups calmed down significantly. This serum also works well with Tretinoin cream, which is notorious for drying out the skin. I personally did not experience any reaction from this combination, which was unusual but amazing! Here are some answers to common questions as a fellow skincare girly:
Scent: None
Color: None
Texture: Clear gel
Lightweight: Yes, very. It's not super glowy or heavy, but still hydrating
Absorption: Very good, does not "sit" on your skin at all
Bottle Longevity: Around 2 months (using 3-ish pumps per day)
Hydration: Yes; good for dry, flaky acne-prone skin
Skin Reaction: Personally none--no redness, stinging, etc.
When to Use: I like to use it morning and night, but it's up to you!
Under Makeup: Great base, doesn't cause pilling or unevenness
