I have tried a lot of eye creams at this point — everything from drugstore to K-beauty, luxury Korean skincare, biotech formulas, and higher-end clinical brands. It is creamy and smoothing, but not thick or greasy. It gives the under-eye area a more hydrated, slightly softened look without sitting heavily on top of the skin. It also layers well under sunscreen and makeup, which is important because some eye creams pill, crease, or make concealer look worse. This one does not do that on me.Ingredient-wise, this is a strong formula for the category. Retinal is the ingredient that immediately stands out because it is a more advanced retinoid than basic retinol, and it can help support smoother-looking texture and fine lines over time.
